At our overhaul center we carry out the restoration and repairs of even the most dated systems or systems that have been out of service for long periods.

The overhaul of a stairlift, the overhaul of a cylinder or a hydraulic unit, allows you to extend the life of the system with important benefits, such as longer life and optimization of the asset.

For discontinued systems, for which it is difficult to recover the components necessary for restoration, we offer updates and evaluate the possibility of replacements with regenerated components with the customer.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SPARE PARTS

ON-SITE REPAIRS FOR ANY MODEL

Our mobile workshop has all the spare parts and tools to be able to carry out the most common repairs on site.

The first level technical assistance telephone service is carried out by competent personnel according to predefined procedures for collecting the data necessary for the identification of the fault and for correct reporting to the technician.

Thanks to the preparation of our technical staff, we are able to ensure targeted technical assistance services: from scheduled maintenance plans for maintaining the optimal performance of the stairlifts and lifting platforms, from adjustments to adapt the existing system to new needs, to total overhauls to restore the functionality and safety of the system.

When the repair is particularly costly, Multi Brand Service is able to propose regenerated stairlift units compatible with the existing works or guide rails, all to reduce costs due to a possible total replacement of the installation.
